The first ever European Holacracy Facilitator Training

We are delighted to announce that the first ever Holacracy Facilitator Training in Europe will run in the Netherlands between the 24-28th March, 2009!

We’re really excited to be able to present this event, which will be part of an extensive events program for Holacracy in Europe next year. And what is also exciting is that the first five people to register for the training will receive discounts of up to €1,000 on the registration fee!

Principles of Holacracy

Holacracy is a complete system of organizational governance and management that honours conventional business fundamentals while integrating cutting-edge transformative practices.

Holacracy’s core concepts include:
  • Integrative decision-making (everyone has a voice)
  • Dynamic steering (faster decision-making and increased agility)
  • Requisite alignment (right fit between structures, roles and accountabilities)
Holacracy’s integration of hierarchical leadership with democratic ideals aims to create a higher-order organization that is capable of artfully surfing waves of complexity and uncertainty as they rush toward the shore.

About the workshop

The most in-depth Holacracy training available, this 5-day experience helps participants learn how to facilitate Holacracy's meetings and processes in alignment with the principles of Dynamic Steering.

Participants will practice under the guidance and coaching of experts, while learning how to address the many challenges and nuances that emerge during the actual application of Holacracy. This training serves as the first step in the Holacracy licensing program for professional change agents.

Integral College, UK

The Integral College, based in Brighton, England are pleased to announce the dates for their third experiential training course: Integral Theory and Integral Life Practice: Ways of Transformation.

The course is structured over 6 months to give you 9 full days, where you will bring integral theory to life through experiential and cognitive learning - positively effecting your health, personal development, relationships, work and the world.

The course will run between May and October next year, and costs just £600.

Integral college are also offering a range of other events next year, including a level two course for graduates of ‘Ways of Transformation’, and a year long Ken Wilber study course.
