The Holacracy Experience comes to Amsterdam and Paris

After hugely successful seminars in Europe earlier in the year, we’re excited to announce that there will be two Holacracy seminars this October, in Amsterdam on the 23rd and 24th October, and in Paris on the 27th and 28th October.

As we’ve said before, Holacracy is the most effective and integral form of organisational practice we’ve seen. The biggest testament we can give to this, is the fact that we use it ourselves!

These seminars are your chance to get a taste of Holacracy in action, ahead of Europe’s first ever Holacracy Facilitator training coming in March next year.

The Principles of Holacracy

Holacracy is a complete system of organizational governance and management that honours conventional business fundamentals while integrating cutting-edge transformative practices.

Holacracy’s core concepts include:

Integrative decision-making (everyone has a voice)
Dynamic steering (faster decision-making and increased agility)

Integral Coaching Arrives in Amsterdam

On the 9th October, founders of Integral Coaching Canada, Laura Divine and Joanne Hunt will be in Amsterdam to give a presentation on their highly innovative integral approach to professional coaching, and to talk about upcoming possibilities to train with them in Europe.

Rupert Sheldrake and Andrew Cohen dialogue in London

Following their successful exploration of ‘Consciousness, Culture and the Cosmos’ last year, Rupert Sheldrake - one of the world’s most innovative biologists - and Andrew Cohen - spiritual leader and pioneer in the field of evolutionary spirituality - meet again this autumn.

These two inspiring philosophers will probe into the nature of life, exploring the question: is the driving force of evolution a biological process or an inherently spiritual compulsion?

The talk will take place on Friday, 17 October, at 7.30pm at the London Enlightennext centre.

Andrew Cohen will also lead a seminar the following day (the 18th October), exploring the topic of Evolutionary Enlightenment, which will run from 10.30am till 6pm, also at the London Enlightennext centre.
